Ingredients

Fruit mixture:

  • 2–4 apples, diced
  • 2 cups berries, sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3-4 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon flour

Topping:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ⅔ cup rolled or quick oats
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, softened

Directions

1. In large bowl, mix together fruit, lemon juice, flour, and eggs. Place into lightly oiled 9×13 baking dish.

2. In the large bowl, combine dry topping ingredients and butter. Squeeze together until a nice crumble forms. Sprinkle over fruit.

3. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for between 30–40 minutes.
