Our November Holiday Food Distribution

Thinking about Thanksgiving yet? So are we! Our distribution will be a little different this year, so we have prepared some details for you to go over so your family is best prepared. Based on our current inventory, this is the most equitable way that we can distribute to our community so that everyone will have food to share for the upcoming holiday.

In addition to our regular food shopping, boxes of ingredients and food items to prepare and compliment a holiday meal are pre-packed and distributed before Thanksgiving — including, as available, a variety of shelf-stable canned and dry goods as well as fruits and vegetables. Boxes are available at the Olympia Food Pantry, Lacey Food Pantry (distribution will be at Saint Martin’s University Old Main Staircase!), and at some Satellite locations. Distribution locations and schedules are also posted the week prior on our website and social media.

Monday, November 25
Olympia’s Food Pantry (downtown)

DRIVE-UP ONLY • 10 am–3 pm:

  • Drive-up Thanksgiving Distribution ONLY  (Walk-up services during drive-through distributions are difficult for capacity and safety reasons, but please know that we never turn anyone away!)

  • Must be in line before 3 pm

  • Please line up NO EARLIER than 7:30 am starting on Franklin St. (click button below for map)

  • Please have clear space available in the vehicle to load the food

  • Please be ready to provide household information to the intake person

  • If there is more than one household in the vehicle, please let the intake person know immediately when checking in

  • Thanksgiving items available while supplies last for those who have not yet received them

  • Free parking on Franklin St., Thurston Ave., and Adams St. while you shop at the pantry

  • Please bring your own bags!
